Life has been absolutely nonstop for me lately. It's been really stressful at times, and I know that I'm not the only one who feels like this. Here's how I make sure that I'm taking care of myself when there's no block of time dedicated to doing so.
I hate the gym. It's never been fun for me, and it's certainly never been easy. I know, though, that it's important for my health. Today, I'm sharing a few ways that I make the gym a little bit easier and a little bit more fun.
On Friday, I went to Baxter Arena with the UNO University Communications team and tried out my hand at curling to prep for the U.S. Olympic Curling Trials being held in Omaha in November. It was filled with falling and fun. Read up on my experience.
